By then years of a crippled Bloc + troubled PQ should begin to kick in. Provided Harper doesn't do something stupid and set off another Quebec nationalism crisis (which is entirely possible) the federalist party numbers should be stabilized by then and we should be able to make reasonable projections. Depending on who becomes the next leader, the polls could change. Also, we are in the first year of a majority Harper Government (TM). There are about three and a half years until the next election.
