Donato is a Tory hack who can't draw shit. He's made a living by scrawling really badly drawn, lame, pedestrian editorial cartoons to please his Tory Bosses. Very rarely he peaks his head out from under his rock & sees what is going on. This Hudak fella has to be a real turd for this Donato hack to scribble this toon.
