Disarray

Disappointing regional poll numbers, nasty internal divisions, an inability to recruit star candidates. You thought I was talking about the Liberals didn't you?

Beautiful.

If the Liberals are smart, they will throw a lot of resources at Atlantic Canada in the next election.

Time for Dion to seize the moment and bring on an election.

right on, well done, like I said before, the harp is not as smart as the media is pushing, if the media wont go after him, then we (blogs) should, the media will follow. Time to switch the attacks off the liberals and switch it to them, without quoting the media, they have more than proven lately who they dont like, and had no right whatsoever to do it, trying to guide us to vote for a specific party or bypassing what was really hapening with the crime bill, which would of passed if not for the prorogue game from the harp, or the throne speech, which no government has ever fallen on, and the illegal finacial activity of the right in the last election

Guess that is what happens when you do the WRONG thing.

all we're going to see is a role reversal....cons will ignore atlantic provinces for the more useful and vote rich Quebec/Ontario, but whichever party thinks it will win will do that...People's republic of Alberta here we come.

Though it would be nice if Lord would run, he's said for a while now that he didn't want to run federally yet.

"If the Liberals are smart, they will throw a lot of resources at Atlantic Canada in the next election."

Why? They practically have 3 new seats sewn up in Newfoundland; the fate of the NS Conservative seats will be decided by the missteps of the Conservatives themselves (and only one of them, South Shore-St. Margaret's, would flip to the Liberals, anyway); and the 3 Conservative seats in New Brunswick aren't going anywhere. The Liberals would be better served to spend that money in Ontario and BC. Hey, that actually goes right along with the recurring "shaft Atlantic Canada" theme ;)
