Attending The Conservative Convention/with Poll

Many of my fellow bloggers are encouraging people to apply for blogger credentials at the coming Conservative National Convention. Obviously, I understand the reasoning, so take this lightly, but I don't think I could stomach a couple days of listening to it all, the idea lacks a certain attraction. With that in mind, a fun poll:

Feel free to add you own.

You should apply any how, Steve, just to see if they accept it or not. I'm considering keeping track of how many of us get rejected by their blog censors. Obviously not all can go, and I even understand if the majority are Blogging Tory blogs.. but with the way this bunch likes to control the message.. it will be interesting to see how many blogs they accredit which aren't of their point of view (the Liberals from what I remember for the 2006 leadership convention invited 11 bloggers - 6 of em were Liberals, and the other 5 weren't - including 2 Bloggin Tory guys).

Good idea for a poll... personally, the New Kids Concert would work better for me... the thought of singing "Step by Step" in some arena would be dreamy ;)

I'm with you Steve.

I wouldn't be able to stomach the stench.

If you're a masochistic bitch, then by all means, go to a CON convention!

It looks like I might just be the first to receive my rejection email. Woot!

You should add, "I'd rather... blog the U.S. Democratic Convention". I know I would.

Hmm, Robert left the exact same comment on my blog about going to that convention.

I don't think I could handle all the pursed lips, clutched pearls and self righteous indignation.
