I'm inclined to disagree, because it is common knowledge that sovereignty is a utopian existence, that shows no relationship to the natural world as we know it. I might add, horseshit is often used to enhance soil composition, so it follows that PQ rhetoric could be used, to in fact, help trees "grow faster".
