Quebec Attack Ads Failed?

One of the important details within the latest Decima poll, suggests that the Tory attack ads have had no effect in Quebec. In fact the Liberal fortunes have slightly improved:

Feb 8 poll:

The Bloc Quebecois held a huge lead in Quebec at 42 per cent, compared with 21 per cent for the Liberals and 17 per cent for the Tories.

Feb 26 poll:

And in Quebec, Decima found Bloc Quebecois support was down to 35 per cent, with the Liberals at 23 per cent and the Tories at 15.

It's nice to see the Tories weren't rewarded for running misleading ads.
